Banana Bread Cookies
These super easy banana bread cookies only have 4 ingredients and make for a healthier cookie or treat. They are not overtly sweet but are still delicious. My 10 year old had no clue they were made without junk or refined sugar and asked for more!
Ingredients:
2 bananas (the riper the sweeter).
1 cup peanut butter (Or another nut butter. I have used cashew butter in the past).
2 tbsp date syrup (or maple syrup or even honey).
1 tbsp baking powder
Directions:
Mash the 2 bananas in a bowl with a fork.
Then add the peanut butter and date syrup and mix well.
Once combined, add the baking powder and mix well again.
Then add to a baking sheet on parchment paper. Slightly flatten each cookie with a fork then add crushed chocolate or white chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until done and ENJOY!
